De tool zelf en de uitleg op deze pagina zijn voorlopig in het Engels. Hij werkt hetzelfde: alles gebeurt in je browser.

How to view a 3D model
- Choose the model file (for a .gltf, also choose its .bin file).
- Drag to turn it, scroll or pinch to zoom; the arrow keys and +/− work too.
- Switch between Z up and Y up if it lies on its side, and save a picture as PNG.
Good to know
- Size, surface area and volume are measured from the triangles, in the file's own units (STL and 3MF are usually millimetres). Volume is right when the surface is closed (watertight).
- The model is drawn in one colour with simple lighting: materials, textures and animations are not shown.
- Draco-compressed glTF models aren't supported.
- Very large models (millions of triangles) need a computer with a good graphics chip.
Veelgestelde vragen
How do I get the volume of an STL for 3D printing?
Open the STL: its volume is in the details, in cubic units of the file (usually cubic millimetres; divide by 1,000 for cm³).
Is my model uploaded?
No. It is read in your browser and never sent anywhere.
