Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
A new presentation is saved; your original file is not changed. Slides keep their design, notes, charts and pictures.
Drag slides to move them, or use the buttons on each slide. Deleted slides are greyed out and can be restored.
Previews are simplified: charts, SmartArt, shape outlines and effects aren't drawn, and fonts are replaced.

How to reorder PowerPoint slides
- Choose the presentation.
- Drag slides to move them, or use the arrow, Copy and Delete buttons.
- Save the new presentation and download it.
Good to know
- Slides keep their layout, design, speaker notes, charts, SmartArt, pictures and animations.
- Sections, links between slides, custom slide shows and the slide count are updated; links to deleted slides are removed.
- Previews are simplified (charts, SmartArt and effects aren't drawn), so they are only a guide to which slide is which.
- A copied slide gets its own notes, charts and SmartArt; pictures are shared, so the file doesn't grow much.

Veelgestelde vragen
Can I use an old .ppt file?
No. The old PowerPoint 97–2003 format (.ppt) is a different kind of file. Open it in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress, save it as .pptx, then use that file. To just look at a .ppt, use the PowerPoint Viewer.
Is there a size limit?
No server-imposed file size limits. Very large presentations need more memory and time on your device; a computer copes better than a phone.
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your device.
