How to put several pages on one sheet

  1. Choose the PDF.
  2. Pick how many pages per sheet, the paper size and the order.
  3. Press Put pages on sheets and download.

Good to know

  • 2, 6 and 8 per sheet use landscape paper for portrait pages, so pages stay as large as possible.
  • Order: across then down (like reading), or down then across.
  • A thin border around each page helps when cutting handouts.
  • Text stays sharp: pages are placed as vector content.
