Why browser-based?

Most online file tools upload your files to their servers. That means your photos, contracts or videos pass through someone else's computer. Here, every tool runs on your own device: you choose a file, your browser does the work, and you download the result. Nothing is uploaded.

Our server only delivers the website itself: its pages, styles, scripts and images. It has no way to receive files and never processes them. Because your files never reach it, there are no server-imposed file size or file count limits: your browser and device are the practical limit.

Honest tools

Every tool listed here works in your browser, with no sign-up and no watermark. Where a format or feature has limits, the tool page says so.

Built with open-source software

Some tools use open-source libraries for jobs a browser can't do on its own, such as reading PDF pages, saving MP3 files or recognizing text in pictures. We're grateful to the people who build them.
