How to convert MKV to MP4

Good to know
- Video and sound in MP4-compatible codecs (H.264, HEVC, AAC) are copied; others are converted.
- Subtitle tracks inside the MKV aren't copied. Save them separately if you need them.
- When the video and sound can be copied into the new format as they are, they are not re-encoded: no quality loss, and very fast.
