How to crop a PDF
- Choose your PDF.
- Remove the white margins automatically, or set the margins (or drag the box on the preview).
- Press Crop PDF and download it.
Two ways to crop
- Automatically: each page is cropped to its own content, with a small border you choose.
- By margins: the same margins in millimetres on every page (or on the pages you select). Drag the edges of the box on the preview, or type the numbers.
Good to know
- Cropping changes the visible area and the paper size; the text stays sharp and searchable.
- What is outside the crop is hidden, not deleted, so it is still in the file. To remove private content for real, use Redact PDF.
- Rotated pages are cropped the way you see them.
Your PDF stays on your device
