How to crop a PDF

  1. Choose your PDF.
  2. Remove the white margins automatically, or set the margins (or drag the box on the preview).
  3. Press Crop PDF and download it.

Two ways to crop

  • Automatically: each page is cropped to its own content, with a small border you choose.
  • By margins: the same margins in millimetres on every page (or on the pages you select). Drag the edges of the box on the preview, or type the numbers.

Good to know

  • Cropping changes the visible area and the paper size; the text stays sharp and searchable.
  • What is outside the crop is hidden, not deleted, so it is still in the file. To remove private content for real, use Redact PDF.
  • Rotated pages are cropped the way you see them.
