How to merge videos
- Choose two or more clips.
- Put them in order with the arrows.
- Press Merge videos and download the result.
Fast or converted
- Clips with the same format, size and settings (for example from one phone) are joined without re-encoding: no quality loss, done in seconds.
- Otherwise every clip is converted to one size (the first clip's, the largest, or 1080p/720p/480p). Clips with a different shape get black bars instead of being stretched.
- The page tells you which will happen before you start.
Good to know
- Clips without sound get silence, so picture and sound stay in step.
- Opens MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV.
- The new video is made in memory, so very long videos need a computer with enough free memory.
- It uses your browser's built-in video technology. It works best in current Chrome and Edge; recent Safari and Firefox versions work too.

Preguntas frecuentes
Why does my merge need converting?
The clips differ in size, codec or encoder settings. Joining them unconverted would give a file that doesn't play properly.
Is there a watermark?
No.
Are my videos uploaded?
No. They are processed in your browser and never sent anywhere.
