Two or more PPTX, PPTM, PPSX or POTX files (not the old .ppt format)
Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
Every slide keeps its own design (its slide master, layout and theme), notes, charts and pictures. Comments on the added presentations are not copied. Your original files are not changed.
The presentations are joined in this order; the first one gives the new file its slide size and settings. Use the arrows to change the order.

How to combine PowerPoint presentations
- Choose two or more presentations.
- Put them in order with the arrows.
- Merge and download the new presentation.
How it works
- The first presentation is the base: its slide size, settings and slides come first.
- Slides from the others are added after it with their own slide masters, layouts and themes, so they look the way they did (PowerPoint calls this "keep source formatting").
- Speaker notes, charts, SmartArt, pictures, videos, links between slides and table styles come along. If the first presentation has sections, each added presentation gets its own section.
- Not copied: comments on the added presentations, their sections, custom slide shows, embedded fonts and macros.
- If a presentation has a different slide size, its slides keep their positions; PowerPoint's Design › Slide Size can scale them.

Frequently asked questions
Can the added slides use the first presentation's design?
Not here: every slide keeps its own design. In PowerPoint, choose a layout from the first presentation's master for each slide if you want them to match.
Can I use an old .ppt file?
No. The old PowerPoint 97–2003 format (.ppt) is a different kind of file. Open it in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress, save it as .pptx, then use that file. To just look at a .ppt, use the PowerPoint Viewer.
Is there a size limit?
No server-imposed file size limits. Very large presentations need more memory and time on your device; a computer copes better than a phone.
Is my presentations uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your device.
