PowerPoint tools

Shrink, combine, split and tidy presentations, get their text, notes and pictures out, and check them before you share. Your presentation stays in your browser.

About these tools

Presentations are opened, changed and saved in your browser; nothing is uploaded. Every file these tools create passes a structure check (every part and every link inside it) before it is offered, and your original file is never changed.

They work with .pptx files, and with .pptm (macros are kept but never run), .ppsx and .potx. The old .ppt format and OpenDocument .odp files can be looked at with the PowerPoint Viewer, but not changed: save them as .pptx first. Password-protected (encrypted) presentations can't be opened.

Not offered, on purpose: PowerPoint to PDF, slides to JPG or PNG, and changing the slide size. These need PowerPoint's own layout engine, and an imitation would give slides that look different from yours; PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides and LibreOffice Impress can all save slides as PDF or pictures. Adding or removing passwords isn't offered either: PowerPoint's encryption can't be verified here, and a mistake could lock you out of your file.
