Frequently asked questions
Where are the speaker notes in PowerPoint?
In the Notes pane under each slide (View › Notes). They are saved in the .pptx file, so whoever gets the file can read them.
Can I use an old .ppt file?
No. The old PowerPoint 97–2003 format (.ppt) is a different kind of file. Open it in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides or LibreOffice Impress, save it as .pptx, then use that file. To just look at a .ppt, use the PowerPoint Viewer.
Is my presentation uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser, on your device.
