How to resize a video for social media
- Choose your video.
- Choose the shape and resolution, and whether to show the whole video (with a background) or fill the frame.

- 9:16 (1080 × 1920): TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts.
- 1:1 (1080 × 1080) and 4:5 (1080 × 1350): Instagram and Facebook posts.

Good to know
- "Show the whole video" puts it on a blurred copy of itself (or a color), so nothing is cut off.
- "Fill the frame" crops the edges; for a precise crop, use the Video Cropper.
