Good to know

  • US and UK gallons, pints and fluid ounces are different sizes; both are listed.
  • Temperature isn't a simple multiplication, because the scales start at different points; the formula is shown with the result.
  • Litres per 100 km works the other way round from miles per gallon: a lower number is better.
  • You can type 1,5 or 1.5: both are read as one and a half.
